A Rapid Assessment Tool has been developed to systematically identify barriers and challenges related to using the RISE app, specifically for learners struggling to complete modules. The Assessment with current version of the tool is being conducted at a regular interval in the field by the national and state team to further identify the barriers and challenges. Refinement of the Training Needs Assessment Tool for Medical Officers is underway, based on insights from the pilot test along with focusing on determining the methodology. This tool is designed to identify key thematic areas that will guide the development of the MO Handbook e- modules.
